Damn. It's been a long while since I've last written anything. Well, anything that's not against my will and for my own entertainment and yadaa yadaa.Firstly, it is yet again a... yaoi-ish, shounenai-ish fic. Plus this is a new fandom and pairing I'm making. JAEHO of DBSK. *prances around*And as always I suck at thinking up for titles thus I'm leaving this one once again, titleless.Title : (untitled)Genre : A mixture of angst and fluffPairing : JaehoSummary : Jaejoong's knee injury has created an inner turmoil within himself. When he felt the walls of his world crashing down, the other members was there to keep them up. One-shot.He watched, consumed in regret and bitter hatred for himself in the shadows. The man who had been chosen to replace him danced in sync with the others, playing his role as part of the team. One half of his face was painted white, the other black, in an attempt to symbolize the co-existence of teamwork like the ying yang.
“Dong Bang Shin Ki can not be broken so easily.” Yunho had voiced in determination at one of their press interviews.
Jaejoong had believed him for a while but bickering arose among the members, verbal and at times, almost physical fights on disagreements of performance changes, and who was going to cover Jaejoong’s part. He had sat silently, eyes downcast, his throat working to voice the words that he didn’t want to say out loud.
Please don’t fight because of me.
His knee throbbed, a dull reminder that he had been standing too long.
They don’t need me. He thought to himself as he watched them perform flawlessly.
He was tired. A mental anguish that had consumed his mind was slowly consuming his heart.
As if sensing his thoughts, Yunho glanced over his shoulder in his direction before sliding into the final steps of the song. The audience automatically reacted in a thunderous applause. Fangirls sobbed in joy, their voices straining as they continued to scream shrilly.
The group gazed on, eyes blinded as the bright spotlight shone onto them before slowly dimming. Jaejoong smiled slightly, seeing the slight tremor in their tired limbs, their shoulders heaving as they collected their breath, and the sweat coating their face and neck.
They put their souls into their performances.
Slowly, he moved away toward backstage for the dark solitude it provided. In mid step, the energy suddenly rushed out of him and his knee buckled. Jaejoong clenched his teeth and closed his eyes, dreading the pain that would follow once he hit the floor.
Strong hands grabbed him, one on each arm and two around his waist.
“Hyung!” Four voices cried out in unison and Jaejoong stiffened in shock, eyes snapping open to see Changmin look up worriedly from the floor. His hands were outreached, just below his knee to cushion his impact if he happened to hit the ground.
The hands around his waist moved across his stomach, circling as he was pulled upwards into a warm chest. He looked from side to side where Junsu and Yoochun were standing as they released his arms and knew automatically that Yunho was embracing him.
“The audience…” Jaejoong croaked. He cleared his throat before trying again, composing his voice to be calm. “The audience is calling you.”
“Hyung, the audience is calling us.” Yoochun corrected.
Jaejoong blinked and felt Yunho’s chin rest on his shoulder, his arms tightened a bit in reassurance before loosening slightly.
“Us?” Jaejoong repeated. The four members exchanged exasperated looks.
“Yes, Hyung.” Junsu said, cheerfully.
“Do you need your crutches?” Changmin asked, looking around for them.
“Crutches?” Jaejoong repeated in confusion. “Oh no, I don’t need them.”
“Are you sure?” Yunho’s quiet voice next to his ear startled him and he knew the taller man had felt him jump. “It’s okay.”
Jaejoong knew he wasn’t referring to his crutches but rather his internal struggle.
That dancer is only temporary. We can’t exist without you.
Everyone’s eyes were on him, recognizing him and his flaws.
You’re not a burden.
Accidents can happen.
No one is perfect.
Learn to lean on us a little.
Smiling brightly, Jaejoong let out a joyful laugh that made everyone backstage turn to look at them.
“Let’s go before they scream themselves into a heart attack.” Jaejoong joked. Yunho loosened his arms slowly and stepped back, grabbing his hand. Their fingers entwined unhurriedly as they moved back onto the stage.
Dong Bang!
Dong Bang!
Dong Bang!
“Sorry to keep you waiting!” Yoochun called out while grinning into his microphone. “We had a small incident backstage.”
“What kind of incident?” Junsu asked, in mock confusion as he turned to Micky.
“Oh, our leader had a problem keeping his hands to himself.” Yoochun sighed.
“Hey! I thought that was my job.” Junsu complained.
The audience erupted in approving screams.
“Please don’t take them seriously.” Changmin commented. Yoochun and Junsu glanced over at him in amusement.
“Yunho-sshi, why are you holding hands with Jaejoong-sshi?” Yoochun remarked as if finally noticing the two of them.
Like the ying yang whose light and darkness can not exist without the other…
…Dong Bang Shin Ki can not exist without Youngwoong Jaejoong.
“Why?” Yunho met his gaze with warm eyes. “It’s because I want to.”Labels: angsty, fanfiction, fluff, Jaeho
I had this floating around in my other laptop, and and I just love myself for making something sooo sickeningly sweet! >___<>
I think I drafted this around April then finished it off around... last month or a few days ago? Hmm I don't remember using my old laptop but oh well who cares.
Be aware that this is very too sweet of a fluff. So Zati, since I know that you reeallyyy dislike FLUFF I've spared you the pain of it by giving you a warning.
Reason why I'm posting stuffs here is because I wanted to deleted some things off the old laptop.
So, be warned. This is fluff. So run away if you hate it, specifically you, Zati.

It was their first time to backdance to a Kinki Kids' song under a new unit. It was a grand day for everyone; the crew were rushing here and there, trying their best to prepare for such a great event. They cannot afford to fail.
Keiichiro Koyama stood amidst the commotion, later walking to and fro.
Occasionally, he danced out. He scratched his head upon forgetting a part. He was too absorbed of recalling that he bumped on someone. Water spilled, but luckily not on the person's shirt.
"G-g-gomen"
"Iie. Daijoubu."
"Shigeaki." Kei called the other's name.
"Yo." Shige nodded shortly then assessed the other's state."Hey, you're trembling."
"I-I-I know." Keiichiro hid his hands. He didn't want others to notice his frailty.
"It's okay. Everyone is tensed." The calm guy reassured and gave away a beam. Keiichiro was relieved, then reached out to him.
"Anou... this is a weird request but," Kei was blushing, but gulped and proceeded, "Can you please hold my hands for a while? Just to stop the shaking?"
Shigeaki, being obedient and helpful in his discreet ways, held Keiichiro's hand. The tremors subsided, and Kei was surprised of the faster relief. They walked to the centerstage upon seeing the Domoto singers stand on their marks, still with hands intertwined.
"Arigatou." Kei winked at him as Hironori stood beside him in preparation for their dance number.
Shige simply nodded and focused ahead, though he can still see his co-member through his peripheral vision. Kei wiped his hands at the back of his pants.
The announcer called their group name. KKKitty.

Everyone noticed the confidence that Kei developed in himself as months - even years - passed. He became more outgoing, believing he shall try his best in everything he does. Even when he debuted as a NEWS member, he didn't forget the people who became a part of him, the juniors. He even volunteered to train the newbies. His mobile had numbers of literally EVERYONE in the jimusho, even the staff. He became very expressive of his love to others, particularly his other Johnny's Entertainment idols, but most especially to somehow who inspired him to be an improved man.
With each endeavor, Keiichiro had Shigeaki's hand on his all the way, giving him strength.

"Shige! Shige!"
Kei shook the sleeping person so violently that the younger boy fell off his bed.
"UGH! KEI WHAT IS WRONG THIS TIME?!" Shige held his throbbing head. He really hates to be awakened in a middle of a good sleep.
"I had a bad dream." Kei pouted and when Shige looked closer, it was evident that Kei was scared.
"Hah?!" Shige's hearing was affected by his grogginess.
"I was being chased... by tomatoes."
Upon this line, the younger bolted to consciousness and rationality. Honestly, how can a dream involving tomatoes be so scary?! Shige was really pissed at Kei's immaturity and at that moment he had this impulse to throw him off the hotel window. Imagine waking him up because of some dumb, pointless dream!
Silence. Kei felt Shige's annoyance, still he tried... who knows?
"Ne, can I sleep here?"
"Like I have a choice?!" Shige grumbled as he moved to his left to give Kei space. Kei thanked him repeatedly and tucked himself under the covers. This time, Shige cannot sleep due to the disturbance. Instead, he watched as the older guy slept, still holding his hand. He is like a child. He smiled.
They slept with hands clasped together.

Kei was about to take the last test that will determine his fate; whether he will graduate or repeat another semester. Shige was standing beside him as he walked over the bulletin board which indicated the rooms where each student will take the exam.
"You've eaten a full breakfast?"
"Hai."
"You slept for eight hours?"
"Hai."
"Listened to your record of notes this morning?"
"Hai."
"Remember my advice. Go with your first instincts, Kei. Intuition can't go wrong."
"Hai... d-demo..." Kei looked up and tried to remember something.
"I don't exactly remember the eight fundamental laws of supply and..."
Shige gripped Koyama's hand and looked straight in his eyes. "Ganbatte. I know you can do it." Moments of staring ensued then Koyama inhaled deeply.
"Because you said so, I can."
"Hai." Shige smiled.
"Jaa." Kei waved and walked to room 439"

Minutes before their Chirarizumu performance in their Osaka concert, Koyama was, as always, nervous. It's his habit to hide in the washroom, wash his face and try his best to stop his hands from trembling by himself. But Shige beat him to the washroom, let him in and made him face him instead the mirror.
"I'm nervous."
"You always are. Since our debut." Shige smiled, then corrected, "No, wait. Since KKKitty started. J-friends even." Koyama pouted.
"You're making fun of me." He said sadly.
"Of course I'm not." Shige held his hand, the tenderness increasing in each time he does it. "For if I did, I would've given up on you WAY before."
The romantic air was steadily increasing. The two best friends lavished their solo time so well, until...
"Aww. I wish Massu will hold my hand oh-so firmly like that." Yuya opened the door so wide and taunted them. Kei made a face upon seeing that Pi and the others were also looking at them.
Shige shouted, "Stop barging in other peoples' lives, Tego!" to which the baby of the group ran away, hiding behind Massu.
This is the initial reason why Shige is pissed off with Yuya.

It was raining very hard when they went home. They forgot the fact that there was a signal-two typhoon hitting Tokyo that day and went on with their shopping after Shige's review class for his law exam. They didn't bring any raingear so they ran as fast as they could under Shige's coat. The lightnings struck sharp against the rooftops and after each, there were loud thunders.
Kei was shouting everytime the thunder roared and Shige cringed as his friend did so.
"Goodness Kei, your screams are louder than the thunder! YAMERO!" Shige scolded in his ossan-style but Kei didn't heed him.
He continued screaming. Knowing what to do, Shige just clinged on the older's hand and remarked, "Kei, we're BOTH scared you know that. Can you at least be brave for me?!"
With that, Kei ran faster, with Shige's hand as a reminder that somehow - despite acting so cool - Shige also has fears which he shall try to wipe away in payment to the many favors he had given him.

"Ne, do you think I'll do great in this episode?"
Kei looked away from the dresser mirror to face his friend who's lounging at a burgundy couch behind him.
"You always do great, Kei." Shige replied squarely as he stood in front of the mirror and fixed his red necktie and his purple and black striped pants. He tried his hat on, but later decided he won't wear it during his dance numbers that night.
"Do you really think I won't mess up with my lines?"
Kei acts like a child, and even he gave a positive answer, he cannot be satisfied... unless he does it with actions. Shige held both of his hands.
As expected, they were sweaty and trembling.
Shige instantly wondered if his text messages to Kei were actually enough to calm him down everytime he asks if he can host Shounen Club well, but he didn't mind that. What's important is the present.
They're here once again, trapped in their own force field, repelling any outside force... as if they're the only beings existing. Shige felt Kei's eyes on him, and he slowly looked up to confirm. In turn, Kei had this impulse to kiss his friend's forehead then and there. Their hearts seemed to skip a beat in such a situation. Suddenly...
"Two minutes before airtime!" The producer barged in without knocking and practically shouted at them. Realizing the intimacy, Shige let go and smiled bashfully.
"Ikimasu." he declared.

They were walking at the sidewalks of at downtown Shibuya, planning their next activity for this day which is exclusively their own.
"Let's try another round of darts this time, Shige. Later, bowling!" He chuckled, "I swear I'll take you down this time."
As they strolled side by side, Shige held on Kei's hand and leaned on his shoulder."Eh? For what is that?" Kei wondered. "I'm not scared or something, Shige."
"Nothing. I just want to." With Shige smiling like that, Kei did not resist. They proceeded walking, feeling amused that their hands - and lives - intertwined so snugly and well.
- THE END -
I just LOVE myself! If only it wouldn't look weird if I'd hug myself! HAAA. There are some mistakes here and there, gramatical and vocabulary wise. But hell, who gives a fuckin' damn when I bring you this fluff!

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. XDDDDOMG OMG Have you guys ever heard TegoMass' Kibou no hikari wo kokoro ni tomosou~? Oh Dear God, the song is just sweet! A starnge melody though but cute! Now I'm kinda addicted to the song, and have been singing the lyrics for the past 30 minutes later back-to-back~So then a story popped up my head! It's TegoMass alright. But not romance, just friendship! ^^V I hope this is okay cause you know I'm kinda rusty.*Masuda looked carefully at the white rose. He had never seen a white rose before. He had seen red ones, pink ones, yellow ones and once even black ones in a movie. But he had never seen white roses.
There wasn't much of a difference actually. The petals, stem, everything were just the same. Normal. It was only the color, white.White was the color of winter. Snow. Nothing. Emptiness. Death.Hmm...So if he gave this to someone, would that person die? Masuda smiled in spite of himself. Who would he then give the rose to? There was Amiko-sensei, who never paid attention to him. The other kids in class, who made fun of him. That old lady who came every night when mother and father went away. The neighbor with the hooked nose who always glared at him. There were so many people.Masuda pondered for a while, then made up his mind; he'd give it to the old lady. He reached out toward the rose and tried to uproot it from its spot."Ah!" Masuda cried loudly, feeling something prick his little finger. It was really sharp, and the pain was searing. He brought his finger away from the rose, and looked closely. It was something akin to a pin prick, but blood had already started spurting out. It hurt."Hey, are you okay?" Masuda looked up to see the owner of the new voice. It was a boy, although he looked a bit like a girl. He was quite short and chubby. He had neat black hair, which fell across his face. His chubby fingers and milk teeth made him look like a baby, although Masuda supposed that he was his age, a good five years old.Masuda didn't know how to reply to the boy's simple query. He wanted to shake his head, say he wasn't okay. But he wasn't a crybaby, and he certainly didn't want to look weak before a stranger. He wanted to be brave. Acting as if he was okay seemed brave enough. He nodded. The other boy didn't seem to be impressed, or maybe he just didn't notice Masuda's reply. He looked at Masuda's bloody finger, which was cradled in his other hand, and quietly put his hand in his pocket, drawing out a white handkerchief. He offered it to Masuda.Masuda studied the handkerchief. It was white, a clean, neat white. Pure white. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. It didn't even have any of those pretty designs like his mother's.Masuda slowly, and unsurely, reached for the handkerchief. He half-expected the boy to snatch it away, and then laugh mockingly at him. But nothing happened. The boy didn't even move or blink.Masuda took the handkerchief. The handkerchief wasn't spotless anymore. The area where Masuda had placed his finger and applied gentle pressure had turned a faint red. But his bleeding had stopped. Masuda turned to look at the boy. He wanted to say 'thank you' and 'sorry' all at once. But he was speechless. The other boy just smiled.
"Tegoshi."
"Masuda."
Masuda had found his first friend.*Okay, as far as I know, white roses don't smell. So therefore, this line: The petals, stem, everything were just the same. Normal. is incorrect. But whatever... >.<Btw, just a simple oneshot. Not multichaptered. I hate doing multichapters.Labels: amused..., contented, fanfiction, fluff, inspiration comes, TegoMass
